Kiwi Washing LLC agrees to perform the services (Window Washing, Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning) as described in the written estimate provided to the Customer.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather (high winds, heavy rain) to ensure safety and quality.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
